Dynamic Appliance Repair continues to grow as we raise the bar for appliance repair service in the following cities in Arizona - Cave Creek, Carefree, Scottsdale, Peoria and surrounding areas. Are you a GREAT appliance repair technician in Arizona? If so, we want to talk to you TODAY! Potential to earn $70-100K+ per year! We provide a collaborative learning environment in which you can refine your skills, enhance your knowledge, and develop new personal and professional relationships. We have several industry resources, files, schematics, service manuals and job aids to simplify the art of diagnosing and repairing today’s appliances. Recent graduates are welcome to apply. 

This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, have a knack for troubleshooting, are mechanically inclined, and are able to manage time. Ideally, you have proven communication skills. This position provides timely and quality repairs of customers’ appliances while maintaining high levels of customer service. Six to eight service calls are dispatched each day using technology, so you are not reporting to our main office.
 
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Accurately diagnose and repair appliances/equipment in the customer's home
  • Provide cost estimates for repairs and collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
  • Ensure the efficient use of materials 
  • Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
  • Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements:
  • 1 year of appliance repair experience or Appliance Repair Certification (recent graduates welcome)
  • Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
  • Must have own truck and tools
  • Must be able to obtain certificate of liability insurance
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Clean driving record
  • Must pass background screen and drug test
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the contractor is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
